On Apr. 1, MGM Home
Entertainment, with sales and distribution expertise provided by 20th
Century-Fox Home Entertainment, will be dishing out a hi-def, remastered
Blu-ray edition of the Coen Brothers’ 1996 Best Picture nominee, Fargo.
Bonus nuggets will
include commentary from the director of photography Roger A. Deakins (nominated
ten times for Oscars in the Best Cinematography category, including Fargo,
The
Shawshank Redemption, True Grit and Skyfall, but has yet to
win), a trivia track and the featurette titled “Minnesota Nice.”
