As rare as moon ice, that’s what Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has on Dec. 15. This would be a three-SKU helping of director Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, the only theatrical release since March — yes, March, you read that right — to gross in excess of $25 million at the box office.
For the record, Tenet arrives with an ARR of 102 days and box office receipts from the film’s theatrical run in the domestic marketplace are estimated to be $53.8 million.
As to SKU configuration, there will be a stand-alone DVD edition and Combo Pack selections for both the Blu-ray (with DVD) and 4K Ultra HD (with Blu-ray) home entertainment packaged media release formats.
The only bonus feature is a 60-minute making-of feature titled “Looking at the World in a New Way: The Making of Tenet.”
