Paramount Home Media Distribution announced this past week
that the Showtime Golden Globe winner for Best Television Series Drama and Best
Actress (Ruth Wilson — Saving Mr. Banks, The
Lone Ranger, etc.), The Affair: Season One, will be
available for fans to enjoy once again on Aug. 4.
All ten episodes of this provocatively-told liaison between
Alison (Ruth Wilson), a waitress working in the resort town of Montauk, and
married novelist Noah Solloway (Dominic West — The Hour, Chicago,
300,
etc.) will be released as a as four-disc collection.
Bonus features include two bonus episodes from the new
Showtime series Happyish, as well as the premiere episodes (season one,
episode) of the hit series Ray Donovan and Madam Secretary (a
“teaser” cross-promotion), plus five “Character Profiles” and the featurette
titled “Tale of Two Costumes.”
