Arrow Video Preps A 2K Restoration Of Female Prisoner Scorpion: The Complete Collection For Release As A Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack Set On Aug. 9

Arrow Video, with domestic sales and distribution expertise provided by MVD Entertainment Group, announced that the entire four-film Female Prisoner Scorpion: The Complete Collection (starring Meiko Kaji) will be getting a new 2K restoration — and released as an eight-disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack — on Aug. 9.

Included in the mix are: Female Prisoner #701: Scorpion (1972), Female Prisoner Scorpion: Jailhouse 41 (1972), Female Prisoner Scorpion: Beast Stable (1973) and Female Prisoner Scorpion: #701's Grudge Song (1973).
