Nathan Caine (Jack Quaid — Hunger Games, Oppenheimer, Scream VI, Rampage, etc.) suffers from a rare affliction, CIPA (Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis), which renders him incapable of feeling pain. When the love of his life, Sherry (Amber Midthunder (Prey, The Ice Road), is kidnapped he uses this to his advantage to rescue her, but there’s a twist!!
