Full Moon Features Targets Nov. 10 For The DVD Debut Of Director John Lechago's Blade: The Iron Cross

DVD & Blu-ray Release Report, Ralph Tribbey
Full Moon Features, with sales and distribution expertise provided by MVD Entertainment Group, has set Nov. 10 as the DVD and Blu-ray debut date for director John Lechago’s Blade: The Iron Cross, the next installment in Full Moon’s wildly popular Puppet Master film franchise.

For fans of the series, you know exactly what’s coming.   Great gore, wonderful, mind-blowing “puppets” (creatures, things …), wicked humor and a heroine that can be just as nasty as the villains.   Yummy!!

Blade: The Iron Cross, is a carry on from Puppet Master: Axis Termination, which means that the focus is on Elisa Ivanov (played by Tania Fox — Housesitters, Art of the Dead), who has teamed up with Blade to battle Nazi mad scientists headed by Ingenieur Erich Hauser (Roy Abramsohn — Jurassic School, VHYes, Weedjies: Halloweed Night).   All of the Nazi stuff, the experiments, the rotting undead, all play second fiddle to Blade, who is the star here … for fans, it has been a long time coming.

Bonus goodies include commentary from director John Lechago (he took over the Killjoy franchise and has delivered Killjoy 3, Killjoy Goes to Hell and Killjoy's Psycho Circus) and a behind-the-scenes featurette.
