NCIS: New Orleans
wrapped with the broadcast of episode 24 on May 14 and about the same time CBS
announced that Special Agent Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) and his team will be
back for a new season in September.
To celebrate, and of course, to take full advantage
of the timing of the arrival of the new season, Paramount Home Media announced
this past week that NCIS: New Orleans: The Fifth Season (a
six-disc collection) will be available for fans to own on DVD this coming Aug.
20.
Number one in its time slot, with roughly 11 million
fans tuning in each week, there is no doubt that retailers will be stocking up
for the case action featuring Pride and Special Agents Christopher LaSalle
(Lucas Black) and Meredith “Merri” Brody (Zoe McLellan), plus CCH (Carol Christine
Hilaria) Pounder as coroner Dr. Loretta Wade.
