Lionsgate Home Entertainment has added the directing
team of Josh and Benny Safdie’s Uncut Gems,
starring Adam Sandler as the doomed gambling addict, to its Mar. 10 release
calendar. It will be joining Bombshell,
which was announced for release on that same date last week.
Uncut Gems
arrives in the home entertainment marketplace with a quick-to-market ARR of 88
days and the domestic box office haul was a respectable $47.7 for a distinctly
non-comedy Adam Sandler film.
Planned for release are a Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack
edition, plus a stand-alone DVD selection.
The only bonus feature is the “Money on the Street:
The Making of Uncut Gems” featurette.
