Fans have been waiting since October for the next Ultraman announcement from Mill Creek Entertainment. That is when Ultraman Taro: The Complete Series, a six-disc Blu-ray collection was announced for release on Jan. 12. Each day that passes, anxiety grows … until now!!
The date has been assigned, Apr. 13, for the next installment; the next Blu-ray collection … drum roll please!! Next up will Ultraman Leo: The Complete Series, also a six-disc collection and featuring Digital Copy.
These are dark times for Earth and the Monster Attack Crew, but an Ultra Warrior from the destroyed planet L77 has traced the culprits to Earth and wants revenge. The same destructive force, Magma, along with his warrior Giras, “Red” and “Black,” have attacked Ultraseven and crippled him to the point where he can no longer defend the planet. What to do?
Ultraseven has taken the human form of Dan Moroboshi (Kôji Moritsugu) and he takes the new arrival, Gen Ôtori (Ryû Manatsu), under his wing and trains him to become the next defender of Earth against the onslaught of Magma and his minions. Can he put revenge aside and focus on the task before him … only time will tell, which is running short.
