Mill Creek Entertainment announced this past week that May 23 will be the DVD debut date for the Matthew Perry sitcom, Go On: The Complete Series.
Launched in the fall of 2012, the series follows Ryan King (Perry), a sports talk jock who has just lost his wife and is having some trouble dealing with the loss (yes, this is a comedy). To help him cope, his boss Steven (John Cho) “suggests” that he join a support group, which he is reluctant to do, but ends up going along with it.
All 22 episodes are included in a three-disc collection.
What has Ryan gotten himself into? The group, well, the eclectic would be a starting description. Strange works too. It’s great fun as Ryan tries to get his career back on track and his life back to normal … all the while completely surrounded by his group members who are anything but normal!!
