Writer/Director Bryce McGuire's Night Swim Arrives As Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack And DVD Product Offerings From Universal Pictures Home Entertainment On Apr. 09

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has circled Apr. 9 on the spring release calendar for the delivery of both DVD and Blu-ray editions of writer/director Bryce McGuire’s stay-in-the-shallow-end horror tale, Night Swim.

The ARR is 95 days and domestic box office receipts currently stand at $31.9 million.   

Universal continues to follow form with a premium VOD window between the theatrical launch and the subsequent arrival the physical media product offerings.   That was on Jan. 23, just 18 days into the theatrical run … illicit Blu-ray knockoffs were available within hours.

A second VOD window opens up on Mar. 12 with additional content.

As to bonus goodies, there is a commentary with filmmaker Bryce McGuire plus a quartet of featurettes — “Masters of Fear,” “Demons from the Depths,” “Into the Deep” and “Marco Polo.”
