Cleopatra Entertainment, with sales and distribution
support provided by MVD Entertainment Group, has selected Friday, Aug. 21, as
the street date for a Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack presentation of Delta
Rae: Coming Home To Carolina.
Founded by brothers Ian and Eric, along with their
sister Brittany, the Hölljes, Delta Rae is a rock/folk band that doesn’t quite
fit into either of those two descriptions.
Rock, sure; folk, as in lyrical ballads and story-telling, sure … but
there’s more.
Even the way they go about their business is
unique. They started out with typical
label distribution for their music and then came up with the idea to
“crowd-fun” their future in music, which proved to be a smart move.
Captured here is the band’s live concert at the
Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh, North Carolina in December of last year. A strong 14-song set, including the likes of “Take Me There” (from “The Light” album), “Bottom of the River” and “Dance In
The Graveyards” (from their “Carry the Fire” CD) and “Outlaws” (from the “After
it All” CD) — plus more fan favorites — is delivered in stunning 4K Ultra Hi
