It is a genre fan’s dream come-true, a horror film populated by the actual actors who have appeared in the Friday the 13th films over the years.   That’s exactly what Mill Creek Entertainment has in store for you on Mar. 08 with the DVD debut of writer/director Deborah Voorhees’ 13 Fanboy.

There is an obsessed fan with the Friday the 13th film franchise, who is stalking and systematically killing the actors who appeared in the films over the years.  Crazy, yes.

Deborah Voorhees, who played Tina in the 1985 film release of Friday the 13th: A New Beginning, came up with this gem … and she was able to recruit members of the clan to participate in this ultra-cool genre-fan concept horror film.   Brilliant!!

We have Kane Hodder, who was Jason in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday and Jason X, playing himself, Kane Hodder.  Also on board with the fun is Corey Feldman, who appeared as “Tommy” in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter and Friday the 13th: A New Beginning, Judie Aronson, who played Samantha in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter and C.J. Graham, who played Jason in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives and who will be returning to the screen as Elias Voorhees in writer/director Jason Brooks’ upcoming release of Friday the 13th Vengeance 2: Bloodlines.

But wait, there is more … Ron Sloan, Lar Park-Lincoln, Tracie Savage, Jennifer Banko and Vincente DiSanti are also on board and playing themselves.   It is a dream cast!   And, as an added bonus, Dee Wallace, of The Howling and Cujo fame, is also on the stalker’s list.

So, who is the killer?   No, no, no …. you have to wait until Mar. 08 for the DVD debut of 13 Fanboy from Mill Creek Entertainment to find out!!
