Wild Eye Releasing Looks To Nov. 08 For The Release Of The Blu-ray Collector's Edition Of Director Tory Jones' Wicked Ones

Wild Eye Releasing, with sales and distribution support provided by MVD Entertainment Group has the creeps and jolts all line up for delivery on Nov. 8 in the form of the Blu-ray Collector’s Edition release of director Tory Jones’ Wicked Ones.

Back in 2017, Tory Jones’ stunned the indie horror world with the release of The Wicked One, a terrific slasher-tale about a group of friends (aka: the victim pool) on their way to some Halloween party fun at the annual Wickedfest (aka: the haunted house, insane asylum, spooky woods … any place where the victim pool can be hunted), who are stalked and systematically killed by Colin Miller, aka: “The Wicked One” (played by Jack Norman — The Funhouse Massacre, Blood Moon River, Abnormal Attraction), a deranged serial killer who has escaped from the nearby insane asylum.

And, knowing the genre, Jones had an equally kick-ass (wicked) “Final Girl,” in form of Alex (played by Katie Stewart — Darkling, Loss Prevention, Intrusion: Disconnected) … The Wicked One: victim pool (check); haunted house (check); deranged serial killer (check); and, a kick-ass Final Girl (check).   In short, a genre fan’s horror dream come true.

The film was so good that it demanded a sequel.   And yes, the Final Girl, Alex, is back.   So too is Adam (stuntman-turned-actor Dale Miller), Alex’s husband. This time out, “The Wicked One,” who escaped, is played by Richard Leo Hunt.

Without giving too much away, Alex and Adam return to the scene of the carnage (Carpenter Falls) from original film with their three children for a battle of the bands concert.   Meanwhile, a prologue introduces us to additional craze killers (as kids), who are “rescued” ten years later by “The Wicked One,” to form a team of serial killers!   Three-times the slasher potential!!
