Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Puss In Boots: The Last Wish Pounces On Feb. 28 Street Date

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment had a short-lead announcement this past week for director Joel Crawford’s Oscar-nominated animated film hit, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.  A full-spread of home entertainment packaged media product offerings will be hitting the streets on Feb. 28.

The ARR is a swift-to-market 67 days and box office receipts are a stellar $151.2 million.

Planned for distribution to retail on Feb. 28 are Combo Pack editions for the 4K Ultra HD (with Blu-ray) and Blu-ray (with DVD) formats, plus a stand-alone DVD purchasing option.

Bonus features for all three SKU selections include commentary from director Joel Crawford, who is joined by co-director Januel Mercado, producer Mark Swift, editor James Ryan and head of story Heidi Jo Gilbert.  

There are also deleted scenes, the animated short titled The Trident, the “Kitty Cam” feature, the “Fearless Hero” sing-along video and four featurettes — “A Cast of Characters,” “In the Beginning,” “How to Draw the Purrfect Pawtrait” and “How to Make a Paper Perrito.”
