Director George Miller’s Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga was announced on June 24 for a full spread physical media launch on Aug. 13, so it was something of a surprise — a pleasant surprise we might add — that another Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga announcement surfaced this past week.

This new one features the five films in the series (all of which have been released individually) as 4K Ultra HD editions — Mad Max, The Road Warrior, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, Mad Max: Fury Road and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga — plus a presentation of
Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga – Black and Chrome Edition (essentially a specially-prepared black and white (chrome) version of the film.
