Paramount Home Entertainment has officially selected Oct. 8 as the street date for the full spread physical media launch of writer/director Michael Sarnoski’s A Quiet Place: Day One.
The ARR is 102 days and the domestic box office haul currently stands at an impressive $134.2 million.
Planned for distribution on Oct. 8 are stand-alone DVD and Blu-ray editions, plus a 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray Combo Pack purchasing option.
A premium VOD window opens on July 30, which likely means that the very sophisticated “Helper” community will have their own Blu-ray product offerings ready to go on the same day.
This works out to a full ten-week window between the release of “Helper” pirated physical media editions of A Quiet Place: Day One and the real ones from Paramount.
As to bonus features, there are deleted and extended scenes and five production featurettes — “Day Zero: Beginnings and Endings,” “In the City: Chaos in Chinatown,” “The Exodus: Against the Tide,” “The Long Walk: Monsters in Midtown” and “Pizza at the End of the World.”
