Paramount Home Entertainment will be celebrating the 30th Anniversary of director Barry Sonnenfeld’s The Addams Family on Oct. 19 with the release of both 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray Combo Pack and Blu-ray editions featuring the original theatrical presentation of the film as well as the Extended Cut.
They are having fun with this promotion with what the studio is calling a never-before-seen “More Mamushka!” viewing option. Indeed, director Barry Sonnenfeld is in on the action as he has prepared a special introduction to the “More Mamushka!” viewing option.
Additionally, there are archival featurettes, a newly prepared featurette on the “Making of The Addams Family” and the newly prepared “Filmmaker Focus: Barry Sonnenfeld on The Addams Family.”
