Bayview Entertainment will be teaming up with high-energy fitness specialist Kelly Coffey-Meyer on June 28 for the debut of two new workout DVDs. It is time to get fit, so let us get to it!
First up is 30 Minutes to Fitness: Cardio Fit with Kelly Coffey-Meyer, which will require you to get your dumbbells out of the closet, dust them off and get them back into action. Take a minute, go find them.
OK, what is in store for you … “two upbeat and energetic cardio workouts that are designed to burn maximum calories and speed up your metabolic rate.” A kickboxing workout, with periodic intervals that focus on lower body exercises using your dumbbells … no frills, just a session that empowers you!!

Don’t put those dumbbells away just yet … get ready for the “Upper Split,” a series of five of the most commonly performed exercises for each muscle group to build strength. And this is all topped off with a 10-minute “Boxing Finisher.”
If you have the “Upper Split” covered, then turn your focus can turn to those “Lower Split,” dumbbell moves that are used by avid gym-goers. This series is closed out with the “Leg Finisher,” which is designed to trim your waistline and increase muscle definition.
