Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment Announces A Full Spread Physical Media Launch Of Director Michael Chaves' The Nun II For Delivery On Nov. 14

Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment has tagged Nov. 14 as the physical media street date for director Michael Chaves’ latest installment in “The Conjuring Universe” horror series, The Nun II.  

The ARR works out to just 67 days and the domestic box office total currently stands at $69.4 million.

Planned for distribution are stand-alone DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD editions (no Combo Packs).

As is standard practice these days, a VOD window — featuring both “Premium Digital Ownership” and “PVOD” (48-hour rental window) — has been inserted on Oct. 3, which is just 25 days after the film opened theatrically.   

This will give the “helper” community, who have gotten very sophisticated these days in dealing their illicit product offerings (pre-orders, quick turns on series, their own barcodes, etc.), a six week window to peddle Blu-ray editions of The Nun II to unsuspecting consumers.

Bonus goodies, which are limited to the Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD SKUs, are a pair of featurttes — “Demons in Paradise” and “Handcrafter Nightmares.”
