Life lessons come at you from unexpected sources. That’s what 13-year old Daniel O’Malley (Tate Anderson in his film debut) discovers when his grandfather gifts him a beat-up old baseball glove. Daniel loves the game, but is afraid that his teammates will make fun of him … life isn’t fair!!
Huggins takes this “simple” dilemma and weaves a marvelous little story that, for the most past, takes place in a fast-moving commuter airline terminal — strangers coming and going and Daniel coming to realize that what his teammates may think of this “gift” is not all that important. There are far more important things … and the clock is ticking.
